In what order should I read the different series of Green Lantern comics?

I just downloaded all of the Green Lantern comics (every series) and was wondering what order I should read the different series in.

andre1 answers:

Hopefully the files are numbered by name. If so read vol.2, then 3, then 4 in increasing order of chapters. Otherwise, if they are labeled according to which story arc then it'll be more difficult.

I assume you downloaded all the series from comicsworld?

How do I get my brother to like Green Lantern?

I love batman and I want my brother to like a comic book hero. The comic book hero is Green Lantern. How do I get him to like him. Im gonna give him comic books, but what else? Thanks?

You can't really make him like it. All you can do is give him the books and hope he likes him. If it's the Geoff Johns Green Lantern books, I would assume he would like them. Those particular Green Lantern books hooked me from the first page.

What did you think of the Green Hornet?

I'm just wondering if The Green Hornet was a good enough movie that you actually recommend going to see it in theater? It's in 3D here and that;s a decent amount of money to spend so I want to enjoy the movie if we go. Thanks!

It was really good and extremely hilarious. But in a different way than i thought it would be but still a really good movie. And 3D was lame don't bother

which episode of batman did the green hornet make an appearance in?

the batman series with Adam West, i read somewhere that the green hornet and his aid Kato made an appearance in the series but which episode (and season) was it

Yes, babe is correct...

The Spell of Tut from Season 2 episode number 7
Kato and The Green Hornet had a small cameo

and later

A Piece Of The Action episode 51, and Batman's Satisfaction, episode 52... A two parter
Green Hornet and Kato had more of part in these two eps.. The story was built around the characters..

The Green Hornet or Green Lantern? Which superhero film is ruined by lead actor?

I heard the stories where fans of the Green Hornet are upset in casting Seth Rogen as Britt Reid/the Green Hornet, however there maybe fans that are also upset in casting Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan/The Green Lantern.

So....which superhero flick is ruined by casting a wrong actor as a leading superhero? Green Hornet or Green Lantern?

I think Green Lantern is going to be fine...Martin Cambell is a good director and as Casino Royal has proven his choice for a lead is spot on...

Green Hornet on the other hand really annoys the cr@p out of me. Seth Rogan has completely ruined the integrity of the character for me at least for the foreseeable future. Green Hornet was always a character that rivaled Batman. The property was always dark and the character always used detective skills so it always seemed more in the same vein as Batman or the Shadow...worst casting choice in a long long time and worst decision for a writer in a long time as well. At least it could still win some awards (do razzies count as awards?)...

There needs to be a reboot of the Green Hornet movie. Does anyone agree with me?

This movie should be darker than the recent "so called" funny remake. My question is that who would you like to see in reboot? The character as green hornet should be Jason Statham, Kato should be Donnie Yen. If anyone, could search that they're doing a reboot of the GH movie

Nah. There doesn't need to be in my opinion but I'd still watch it if there was unless it was cheap. But the movie was good

Green Lantern appeared mostly in animated form on film, barring a few television specials (namely "Legends of the Super-Heroes" [1979] and "Justice League of America" [1997]), and minor appearances in the series "Smallville" (2001). The 2010 film starring Ryan Reynolds will be the character's first major foray into mainstream consciousness.

It's possible that you're thinking of "The Meteor Man" (1993), which features black actor Robert Townsend as an unlikely hero with similar lime-green power manifestations.

What do you think of Blake Lively being cast as Carol Ferris in the Green Lantern movie?

Is it a good casting or a bad casting?

Personally I think this could be a very good thing. Despite what people may think, critics have actually raved over her performances in certain movies. She's not a bad actress. And I personally have a lot of faith in the director, so lets see what this actually brings us!
