How can Hal Jordan be alot of peoples favorite Green Lantern?
It seems like most people like Hal Jordan out of all the Green Lanterns but also alot of people dislike the Silver Age comics.. Which was when he was around I believe.
Another question: I believe its him that goes evil and I want to read that. Which comic is that?
Another: Whos your favorite Green Lantern?

andre1 answers:
"Emerald Twilight" is a 1994 comic book story told in Green Lantern (vol. 3) #48-50 ,when he was possessed by Parallax.
My two favorite GLs are Kilowog and Arisia!

Are my Green Lantern movie toys worth keeping in their boxes?
I've got a few of the Mattel brand Green Lantern figures. Is it a good idea to just keep them in their boxes? I'm going to just put them on my shelf so yeah. Same goes for the Captain America and Thor movie toys I have. I understand keeping old figures in their packages but is it the same with new ones?

andre1 answers:
While figures in package do tend to bring higher prices down the road most toys now are mass produced and even over produced and limit all return if seen as an investment.
Green Lantern toys have flooded the market. They are still on store shelves and the movie is almost forgotten about. Retailer will have to dump these figures either clearance or third party before Christmas. Almost the whole line is a dud because they hooked it in with the movie and not the DC comic. The two figures I would want to keep packaged that might have a chance at going up are the Test pilot Hal Jordon and the Guardian (Oan) two pack (he's with a GL figure) exclusive to Wal-mart.
Captain America doesn't look to have flooded the Market like the Green lantern figures, but they are made by Hasbro under license from Marvel and have Captain America, Thor and Marvel universe all competing for the same monies. The two figures to watch in the Captain America line are the Red Skull and the Hydra Soldier.
Thor figures are something else all together right now. They lead with mutable Thor figures and flooded the shelves. The later figures in the line are harder to come by and are worth, to some, twice what stores are selling them for. King Loki, the devastator, Valstagg, Hogun, and Fanral are all figures worth hanging on to.

What did you think of The Green Lantern film?
I thought it was kinda good but a lot like Spiderman 1. The whole Hector Hammond thing is like when the Green Goblin starts going crazy in the Spider man movie.
I give Green Lantern 8/10, what do you give it?

andre1 answers:
As a Green Lantern fan , I was just happy it was being attempted. BUT at the same time the movie was not great ..but not terrible. They put too much in the movie , and they couldn't explain it (The green lantern corps,Hal Jordan's origin, and The parallax.) Each of these needs time to explain. They also lacked character development ...Blake lively was hot but not believable as Star Saphire (or even this awesome fighter pilot that shes suppose to be). As much I like Ryan Reynolds he was JUST convincing to me as Hal.Hector Hammond shouldn't have been in this movie at all ...was not necessary.I give it a 5 ...Maybe 6 out of 10 - If they make a sequel...which is already in the works they have a sh!tload to work on.
