Your Questions About Green Wedding Shoes

by andre1 on January 31, 2012 · 0 comments

Nancy asks…

What color shoes do I wear with a lime ?

I am going to a wedding in Sept have a short lime green very sparkly dress, what kind of shoes do I wear with it?

andre1 answers:

I would definitely wear Gold or Bronze. Those colors are so in right now and really stand out against green.

Steven asks…

What jewellery and what colour shoes go with pale green bridesmaid dresses?

I am a bridesmaid at a Spring wedding and we are trying to decide on the colour of our shoes and jewellery.

The dresses are pale green - probably what you would call peridot, celadon, apple or lime green. The dresses are long (so shoes will be hidden) and strapless (so lots of neck region exposed). The flowers will be pale pink.

We are trying to decide between silver or gold jewellery. We decided against anything with pearls but are thinking of diamonds/diamantes.

Also tied into that is whether to have gold or silver shoes (either way they will be strappy and probably with diamantes on them).

I think it's a no-brainer and that we should go with silver but another bridesmaid doesn't agree with me (and she works as a shoe buyer for an expensive department store so her word carries some weight).

Any thoughts?

andre1 answers:

I had long celadon dresses for my bridesmaids too - and said the same thing you did at first - no pearls! However, especially because my wedding was outside, the sheen from the dresses really created a pearl-like effect. This is what I ended up doing:
http://www.sylvanspirit.com/ - i'll let you browse for yourself. It's on the more expensive side, but they'll work out a deal for you if you want jewelry for all your bridesmaids.

Anyway, a pictures worth a thousand words, so here is what the "finished product" of my bridesmaids looked like:
http://www.secondstarillustrations.com/images/bridesmaids.jpg

As you can see, they're holding "albino" peacock feathers (it's amazing what you can find on ebay) and as you can't see, I told them to wear any kind of open-toed shoe they wanted, as long as it was silver, clear, or some combination thereof.

Here's a close up view of the jewelry, still hard to see in this pic but best I have at hand:

As you may or may not be able to tell it was just a simple strand of pearls and celadon-colored beads. My Maid of Honor though had a flower centerpiece hanging from her necklace. They all had flower stud earrings too.

Hope that helps, nothing beats being able to get a "picture" in your head of what it's all gonna look like! !

Daniel asks…

Wedding shoes help please?

I have bought a pale green suit for my daughters wedding . The hat is also pale green with black .The assistant told me to wear black shoes and bag .Some one i have spoken to tonight said that black shoes take the attention away from the suit .Can i have your views please?

andre1 answers:

I would get those dye able shoes and have it dyed to match your dress or maybe a color just slightly different so that they just don't blend in with the suit.

But black i believe would stand out to much. It would be to much of a contrast against the green. The only way it wouldn't is if there was a lot more black.

It would be just like flipping it around, black suit with a black hat with slight green and then green shoes.. Your eyes would instantly be drawn to the shoes as they are too different and stand out.

Ken asks…

Your Questions About Green Dot

Maria asks…

Can i add funds via Paypal to a card that has been attached to a paypal account?

I want to know if I can add Paypal money from sites like swagbucks, to my paypal account that has a green dot card on it without being charged the $4.95 they charge to add money.

andre1 answers:

No, you still have to pay the fee.

Donna asks…

How to get rid of green dot in middle of screen?

I have a small green dot in the middle of my laptop screen how to I remove this?

andre1 answers:

"Dead pixels" are hardware failures. LCD panels (such as those on a laptop) could come with dead pixels, or they could eventually develop over time as the hardware fails. There's no way to fix it, although you could try to ignore it and/or use an external monitor.

Mark asks…

How is the mastercard?

Does anyone have any experience with the Green Dot prepaid mastercard. How does it work? Is it like a regular Mastercard? Can you use it for reservations for hotel or air-line tickets? Can you take out cash advance against it? Any information will be helpful. Thanks

andre1 answers:

Here is what the Greed Dot folks say are the benefits of the card:

Shop online or by phone
Pay bills or book travel
Easy way to track your spending and stay within budget
No debt or monthly bills to worry about

So, if they are correct, then your answers are YES. You put money on the card, so you can take out whatever you have put on the card---if that's what you mean by cash advance.

Richard asks…

What is the green dot on the back of me bawls?

Your Questions About Green Hornet

Paul asks…

I went to the Green Hornet movie but had to leave a half hour before it ended. What happened?
i went to the movie with a douche who insisted that we leave a half hour before the ending because his girlfriend called and wanted to see him. Even though I paid for both of our tickets he insisted that we leave. What happened? I saw up until the part when he rehired his secretary and Kato was looking for a new job.

andre1 answers:

The shapshifter got hit by a car at the end and died.

Ken asks…

When comic books began, what publishing company did it belong to?

To me, The Green Hornet looks like a DC Universe character but I'm not sure.
Thanks
:)

andre1 answers:

The Green Hornet started out as a radio drama. Eventually, due to popularity, it got its own comic books. Those comics were published by Helnit Comics.

Mandy asks…

is the new green hornet a remake of the show?

or is it a sequel if its a sequel who was the first green hornet.
also
how does kato know how to slow time.

andre1 answers:

I wish! Bruce Lee made it amazing!

Carol asks…

"The Green Hornet" and "The Lone Ranger" have a direct connection. What is it?

The Green Hornet and the Lone Ranger also have a direct connection. What is it?

Bonus question: "The Green Hornet" and "The Lone Ranger" were two thirds of a trilogy. What was the third element?

andre1 answers:

The Ranger is the Hornets great uncle.
They are both Masked hero's with minorities for sidekicks.
I vaguely recall the Lone Ranger being unpopular with the law.

I know nothing about a trilogy but that sounds interesting. I see the makings of a Trilogy in the original sense of the word. Counter question: What is the original definition of "Trilogy"?
